Disputes:
Any dispute relating in any way to your visit to W2F Custom Skimboards, or to products you purchase through W2F Custom Skimboards, shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in Wilmington, North Carolina, except that, to the extent you have in any manner violated or threatened to violate W2F Custom Skimboards's intellectual property rights, W2F Custom Skimboards may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief in any Local, State or Federal court in the state of North Carolina, and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts. Arbitration under this agreement shall be conducted under the rules then prevailing of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator's award shall be binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, no arbitration under this Agreement shall be joined to an arbitration involving any other party subject to this Agreement, whether through class arbitration proceedings or otherwise.

Site Policies, Modification, and Severability:
Please review our other policies, such as our return policy posted on this site. These policies also govern your visit to W2F Custom Skimboards. We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and these Conditions of Use at any time. If any of these conditions shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.

RETURN POLICY

All products are quality checked and shipped with the utmost care.

Any W2F Custom Skimboards products damaged during shipment are the responsibility of the shipping carrier and not the responsibility of W2F Custom Skimboards. It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery for damage. Any and all claims due to damage during shipping shall be made to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery and not to W2F Custom Skimboards. W2F Custom Skimboards shall be held harmless for any damages incurred during shipping.

W2F Custom Skimboards charges a shipping rate for the initial product delivery to our customers. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise shall be the responsibility of the customer and shall not the responsibility of W2F Custom Skimboards.

Returned merchandise must be defective in order to qualify for refund replacement. The final decision to grant a refund or like-for-like merchandise replacement is at the sole discretion of W2F Custom Skimboards.

No used merchandise will be replaced.

No used merchandise will have any portion of its purchase price refunded.

All merchandise must be returned and received by W2F Custom Skimboards within ten calendar days from the date received by the customer. Official shipping receipt or labels, with readable tracking number and delivery date, must be provided to W2F Custom Skimboards along with the defective product.

All W2F Custom Skimboards customers shall have the responsibility to ensure that each and every product they purchase from W2F Custom Skimboards is suitable and appropriate for their intended purpose. W2F Custom Skimboards shall be held harmless for any malfunction or incompatibility which results from improper installation or use.

W2F Custom Skimboards does not provide shipping and handling on returned or exchanged merchandise. Shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer and shall not be the responsibility of W2F Custom Skimboards. When returning or exchanging item(s), indicate the proper department.
